Book Trailers

While working at Chronicle Books, I created book trailers—short, cinematic teasers designed to bring stories to life.

For children’s books, I animated the static illustrations and added sound design to highlight the character’s personalities and enhance the book’s tone. For young adult titles that had limited artwork, I imagined entire visual narratives inspired solely by the book cover.

I also shot demo videos for books with interactive parts such as pop-up pages, lift flaps, pull tabs, etc. Each trailer I handled from concept to completion, including creative direction, animation, and final editing.
