Pork Buns Dissection
I decided to create an in-depth analysis of pork buns in the Inner Richmond district of San Francisco. Taking a scientific approach to the project, I measured the height, diameter, and weight of each bun. Then, I assessed the ingredient quality, plus the meat to bread to sauce ratio, and placed each bun into a "class" for the eater's choice.
